Just a tip ppl. Static stretches are actually gonna do more harm than good as a warm up. Skip those. Just do some dynamic (as he does too) stretches and body weight squats, jumping jacks etc. Otherweise - Great workout, really good instructions and pepp! 💪🏼❤️
